Is this training collar safe for my dog?
Yes, This dog training collar is safe & humane. It offers adjustable beep, vibration and static shock modes; start with the lowest intensity and raise it only when necessary. Proper use focuses on positive behavior training rather than punishment.
Is this collar suitable for all dog sizes?
This e training collar is designed for medium to large dogs (typically 25–150 lbs). Proper sizing and fit are important for both comfort and training effectiveness.
Does the remote control really reach the advertised range?
The maximum range (4000FT) is measured under open, obstacle-free conditions. In real-life environments such as areas with walls, trees, or interference, the effective range may be reduced. This is normal for all wireless training devices.
Why doesn’t the collar seem to work on my dog?
In most cases, the issue is related to improper fit or usage rather than product performance. Please ensure:
The collar fits snugly against your dog’s skin;
Training starts from low levels and increases gradually if necessary
Why does the battery drain quickly or stop working sometimes?
Battery life depends on usage frequency and selected training modes. Higher vibration or stimulation levels and frequent use may consume more power.
we recommend:
Charging regularly before full depletion
